Thinning Hair...Answers on What To Do About It.

I have already written 2 articles on how to thicken thinning hair. As time goes on, I keep finding new products (affordable products) that have helped me personally with MY thinning hair. As I have explained in the other articles, there are things that you can do (long term things) to help you with thinning hair such as; Vitamins, your diet, and even certain products sold on the market. For women, the loss of hair is devastating. Getting tips from different people can be encouraging and helpful all at the same time.

As always, I would encourage you to read the article that I have on "How to make your hair thicker" as there is some excellent advice on long term things to do to help.

But of course, we all want a "quick fix." I state that there is NO quick fix in my previous article. However, I have FINALLY found a hairspray that WORKS! Not only does it seem to thicken hair, it holds the hair while you are styling it, in a way like I have never seen before. And trust me, I have tried just about EVERYTHING.

How Much?

This hair spray works like a thickener and hair stylist all in a bottle.

I do use a volumizing and curl assisting mousse with this, (which I will talk about in another article.) But, the hair spray is MOST definitely the reason for my "thicker" hair.

The coolest thing about this hair spray is how cheap it is. When I say "cheap", I don't mean .99 cents. It can run anywhere from $4.74 - $6.99, just depending on the price at the time. Of course though, if you have thin hair, then you already know how cheap this is, considering the amount of money one is willing to put into their thinning hair.

Professional By Nature's Therapy Freezing Hair Spray

This is the Name of THEE hairspray. The only places I have been able to find it has been Walmart, and online. That's it. I have looked everywhere and had no luck except for these 2 places.

Now, I wear my hair curly because that seems to help with having thicker hair. I naturally have STRAIGHT HAIR. Very straight. If you want to have curly hair without perming it, just start scrunching it with mousse and some spray gel everyday. Eventually, it WILL start curling up on its own. Most people don't believe this, but it is true. It is just a matter of training your hair to do what you want it to do.

Once you have applied the mousse and spray gel, spray your hair lightly with the Professional by Nature's Therapy Freezing Hair Spray, and then use a diffuser to blow dry and scrunch your hair at the same time. Spray your hair lightly while you are drying it so that it will give it a nice hold.

The thing about this hair spray is that it will feel like your hair is TOO hard at first. Maybe even a bit crunchy. But after you are done drying it, it will relax, and let you do anything you want to it.

Even the products that I mention in the other articles will never compare to this hair spray.

I hate to say that about my own (previous) opinion, but it is just the truth.

And don't let the "freezing" scare you. It is not like some of the very expensive freezing hair sprays out there. It is not like you spray it, and then it is not going to move for the rest of the day. It simply makes your hair SO manageable that you will be jumping for joy.

Try it, and let me know what you think. To me, it's a womans dream. And yes, it works well for women with thick hair too. I just especially recommend it for the curly hair styles.

Finding something good to scrunch your hair can be a task also, and this is definitely the answer.

To all women: Don't let the loss of hair bring you down. Learn how to bring your hair UP!

The key is to keep trying, and figure out what it is going to take to get your hair the way that you want it, and what steps you can take to thicken your thinning hair.

Great tips. Back combing or "teasing" at the roots will also make your hair look fuller.

Thanks for the comment... and YES! I love teasing :) I actually have a bald spot (my head was not done growing together when I had been born) And so I use a lot of teasing and back combing over the bald spot, and using the freezing hair spray to keep that covered.
